The competition is aimed at supporting local initiatives and creating conditions for the sustainable development of the territories traditionally inhabited by the indigenous peoples of Taimyr.
Non-profit organizations of the indigenous peoples of Taimyr, family communities, state and municipal institutions registered and operating on the territory of the peninsula will be able to take part in it. The press service of the company said that they will be able to apply for grants in the amount of 2 million to 6.5 million rubles to support socially beneficial initiatives.
Last year, 84 applications were received for participation in the competition. Of these, 28 projects received support for a total of 46 million rubles.
The results of the competition will be summed up on March 31, 2023. The winners will be awarded during the celebration of the Reindeer Breeder's Day in April.
