Namibia, Rwanda and Ethiopia have been rated among the world's top 30 emerging travel destinations for 2020, according to a travel blog TravelLemming.com, which published the results.

“The massive dunes of Sossusvlei in Namib Naukluft National Park attract visitors from around the world, but we were mesmerised by the Fish River Canyon” said Deb and Dave of The Planet D.

The Etosha National Park was also named as one of Namibia’s top attractions.

Governments and tourism boards are asked by TravelLemming.com each year to create nominations for the best trending travel destinations in their region, which are then submitted for a vote by a panels of judges made out of some of the best-traveled bloggers in the world.

The winners were selected by popular travel bloggers in the industry.
