The average occupancy of the mountain resorts of Krasnaya Polyana during the February long weekend was 90%. This was reported to the city administration.

- Since the beginning of the winter holiday season, more than 535 thousand people have had a rest in the mountains of Sochi. One-day excursions are also popular with guests of our city and local residents. In the last week alone, 1,400 tourists visited the resorts of the mountain cluster. Despite the peak demand for winter holidays among Russians, all sectors of the city are working normally, ensuring the comfort and safety of citizens and tourists,” said Inna Petukhova, Deputy Head of Sochi.

The daily passenger flow of Sochi airport is more than 30 thousand passengers. During peak hours, the work of additional entrance groups is organized, and the staff on duty is being strengthened. Over the past week, about 11,200 people were transported by trains between Sochi and the mountain cluster, and car traffic amounted to more than 111 thousand cars. 85 units of special equipment are used daily for winter maintenance of federal, regional and city roads in the Sochi mountain cluster.
