The press service of the Ministry of Economic Development announced the completion of the competitive selection under the program for the construction of modular hotels. 213 projects from 38 regions of Russia became the winners.
A total of 79 constituent entities of the Russian Federation took part in the competition. The press service noted that the program was in great demand, and the declared need for a subsidy was 4 times higher than the amount of funds provided. The head of the department, Maxim Reshetnikov, said that in this regard, the ministry plans to seek an increase in the limits.
“The total amount of funds to support modular accommodation facilities with a construction period of 2023-2024. amounted to about 8 billion rubles.
The geography of supported projects covers all federal districts. The Altai Territory, Buryatia, Chelyabinsk and Kaliningrad Regions will receive the largest volume of subsidies.
