Maintenance of the "Great Ural Trail" is planned in 2023

Portal "Interfax-tourism" with reference to the director of the department for the development of tourism and hospitality industry of the Sverdlovsk region Elmira Tukanova said that the route is currently being developed.

According to her, the trail will pass through the territory of the Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk regions, Bashkiria and the Perm Territory. The formation of the route is carried out by an initiative group, which includes more than 60 people.

The creation of the trail infrastructure is planned for 2023. As a result, a cycling and hiking trail with a length of more than a thousand km will be created.
