The Maralnik Blossom Festival will be held on April 28 in the Altai Territory on the territory of the special economic zone of the tourist and recreational type "Turquoise Katun". According to the organizers, traditionally this holiday opens the summer tourist season in the region, when thousands of tourists flock to Altai.
"The end of April - the beginning of May is the flowering time of the maralnik. Lush flowering can be observed on open sunny slopes and more restrained - in the shade of trees on the banks of the Katun River. On the territory of the Turquoise Katun tourist complex, within walking distance from the main site of the holiday, you can see a blooming maralnik. This place is popular with tourists, here personal photo collections are replenished with unique shots," the official website of the festival reports.
Wooden houses will be equipped on the territory of the tourist complex, where teams of chefs from restaurants, cafes, rural farmsteads of the Altai Territory will be located. Guests will be offered to taste dishes made from real Altai products – gastronomic specialties.
