Construction of a tourist complex has begun in the village of Eman, Ramonsky District, Voronezh Region. It will include 400 four-star rooms, a sanatorium-resort treatment center, a spa center, indoor and outdoor pools, a conference hall, restaurants, bars, and a landscaped area for walking.
The "YAMAN SPA Resort" project is being implemented with the support of the "Tourism.RF" corporation within the framework of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality Industry".
The tourist complex is focused on family recreation in nature, and it is expected that it will be able to accommodate up to 125 thousand people annually.
"Guests of the complex will be able to comfortably visit the pine forest in the floodplain of the Don River - the Krivoborye tract, a geological natural monument of the Black Earth region," - says the message on the corporation's website.
The permit for the commissioning of the facility is planned to be received in 2025.
