The Sber and Kavkaz.RF companies, as part of a joint funding program, financed the construction of glamping in Kabardino-Balkaria. It will be located on the territory of the Elbrus National Park and will consist of four two-story wooden houses. Kavkaz.RF reported this on its website.
“The buildings will be built from eco-friendly materials in the popular barnhouse architectural style. The area of each will be up to 65 square meters, which will comfortably accommodate a company of up to six people,” the statement says.
The houses will have a kitchen with modern equipment, a living room with a TV, two bathrooms, bedrooms and a dressing room. In addition, guests will have access to wi-fi, household appliances and parking.
As the company notes, every year the North Caucasus becomes more attractive not only for tourists, but also for medium and small businesses. New ski slopes and cable cars are being created at the Elbrus resort, which leads to an increase in tourist flow and requires an increase in the number of comfortable, prefabricated and high-quality accommodation places.
The joint program of Sberbank and Kavkaz.RF makes it possible to solve such problems. The companies have also developed a set of measures to help businesses create glamping sites.
“As a result, we get simple architectural solutions that do not require capital construction, but with comfortable year-round service,” said Andrey Tsemakhovich, First Deputy General Director of Kavkaz.RF, as quoted by the company.
