36 teams-finalists of the Acceleration program of the All-Russian competition for the creation of tourist and recreational clusters and the development of ecotourism in Russia presented their competition projects - the concept of master plans for a tourist and recreational cluster to members of the Competition Commission, the Expert Group, mentors, representatives of the organizer and operator of the competition.

They talked not only about local attractions, but also about the proposed tourist product itself: goals and objectives, its target audience, objects of display, financial component and even the amount of necessary investments and the payback period of the project.
The presentation was attended by the heads of regional authorities. The head of the region Alexey Tsydenov personally came to support the Buryatia project. During the competition, the teams, as well as during the popular vote at the first stage, were supported by celebrity ambassadors. Some teams (the Republics of Tatarstan, Bashkortostan and Buryatia) used elements of national culture in the presentation of their projects - gastronomy and musical groups.
According to the General Director of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) Svetlana Chupsheva, the competition aroused great interest.
“We did not expect that there would be such great interest in the All-Russian competition, and the approach of the participants was so high-quality and thoughtful. Now, just at the time when the people working with the internal flows of tourists were ready to reach a new level, and we only helped them accumulate their capabilities and directed them in the right direction. There are no winners or losers in our competition, because all teams won, gained new knowledge, found like-minded people and investors. We were supported by the regional authorities at the highest levels.
Many representatives of heads of administration and ministers presented their projects before us. We saw the demand for our idea and decided to make the competition annual. It is very important for us that all projects are implemented, so we will definitely follow them closely and will definitely come next year to see what happened,” she said.
