The Summer in the Park festival will opens in Ryazan. The grand opening will take place in the Central Park of Culture and Leisure on May 15, Interfax-Tourism reports citing the press service of the city administration.
Within the framework of the festival, a large-scale concert program is planned by the groups of the Ryazan Philharmonic Society and the Drama Theater. Tourists and residents of the city can also visit an open-air cinema, various photo exhibitions and master classes.
It should be noted that the opening of the “Festival of Music for the Soul” held by the “Art Center” and the Ryazan Regional Philharmonic Society coincided with the beginning of “Summer in the Park”.
The concert program will feature a quartet of Russian instruments "Paraphrase", Honored Artist of Russia Larisa Golikova, chamber ensemble "Soloists of Ryazan", winner of the All-Russian competition Elena Bratkova (soprano), male song and instrumental ensemble "Brattsy-Ryazantsy", trio of accordionists "Ostinato", the agency said.
