Ecobuses start running in Sochi

The resort received 26 new passenger buses running on gas fuel - methane. The complete set of buses was developed especially for Sochi, taking into account climatic conditions and norms.

- The bus is equipped with chargers on each handrail, several video cameras, information system. The cabin has air conditioning, heater, air recirculator. For the convenience of the driver, there are two mini-refrigerators in the cab, according to the Sochi administration.

In the new buses, validators are installed at each door and the passenger can pay for the fare with a transport or bank card. If there is no card, the driver will accept cash payment.

The new equipment will run on routes No. 12 and No. 17 from the beginning of 2023. Another 51 ecobuses will arrive in Sochi within two years.
