Domodedovo passenger traffic on foreign destinations increased by 23%

Moscow Domodedovo Airport summed up the results of work in the autumn-winter period.

The period ended with a steady increase in indicators on international air lines: the growth in the number of passengers served was 23% compared to last year.

The most popular foreign destinations were Dubai, Tashkent, Istanbul, Osh and Antalya. Traffic to these cities increased by 63% compared to the same period last year.

Dubai, Istanbul, Sharjah, Yerevan and Osh topped the ranking of routes with the most dynamically growing passenger traffic indicators.

Sochi, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Novosibirsk and Yekaterinburg became popular destinations within the country following the results of the autumn-winter period. Passenger traffic on these routes increased by 9% compared to last season.

Among the routes that showed the most dynamic growth in the number of passengers on domestic airlines were Grozny, Sochi, Vladikavkaz, Kaliningrad and Yekaterinburg.
