The Queensland Government, Australia, has announced CABN as preferred tenderer for the construction of the Cooloola Great Walk. This will be the first ecotourism trail to be built by state authorities.

According to Kate Jones, Minister of Tourism Industry Development,“Cooloola is one of the most picturesque places in Australia. With the right infrastructure, it has the potential to be a world-class tourism attraction.”

She added that the trail is meant to attract eco-tourists.

Jones emphasized that CABN will use materials from local sources that have minimal negative environmental impact for the construction of the eco trail.

Minister Jones also noted that building the trail means new job opportunities.

According to preliminary calculations, the construction of the eco trail will be completed by the end of 2020.

CABN is an Australian expert in the construction of green and self-contained housing in natural sites.
