Mospriroda announced on its website that it will hold an educational "Bee Festival" in a number of eco-centers of the capital on May 20 and 21.
“The vital activity of bees is directly related to the state of the ecosystem. Preservation of the biodiversity of Moscow's natural areas largely depends on these small insects.
The festival will include educational, creative and entertaining events.
So, at the master classes, participants will be able to weave a “striped bracelet” from satin ribbons, create souvenir bees or honey flowers from natural materials.
“The cognitive quiz “Buzz” will test the knowledge of guests about the world of striped workers. The “Magic Bee” lesson will introduce visitors to bees and talk about the role of these insects in nature and human life,” the Mospriroda said.
