In the Zhiguli Nature Reserve (Samara region) the ecological trail "Temple of Nature" was opened after renovation and landscaping. The two-kilometer route leads to the protected area of the Stone Bowl, which became the birthplace of the famous Grushinsky festival.
"Original art objects, a lounge area with swings and hammocks, interactive playgrounds, parking for cars and sightseeing buses appeared on the route," the Roszapovedcenter said on its website.
The Stone Bowl is the confluence of the Stone Ravine and the Deck Ravine, the slopes of which are covered with deciduous forests and relict pine forests. Here, at an altitude of 150 meters, a spring with pure cold water of high hardness is knocked out from under limestone slabs.
"In this secluded corner in 1968, the friends of Valery Grushin gathered for the first time and marked the beginning of the famous festival of the author's song. In 1997, the spring was consecrated and named in honor of St. Nicholas the Saint," the message says.
The ecological trail was landscaped within the framework of the regional state program "Development of the tourist and recreational cluster of the Samara region for 2015-2025".
The work was carried out to ensure safe and comfortable passage along the route and to increase its ecological and educational component.
