The press service of the Roscongress Foundation reported that the possibility of creating a regional and federal organization for inclusive tourism was one of the topics of a joint round table with the Association of Auto Tourism. The event was held at the site of the National Championship on Professional Skills among the disabled and people with disabilities "Abilimpics".

Every year tourism incurs enormous losses due to the unwillingness to professionally accept people with disabilities. The organization for Inclusive Tourism could be engaged in conducting expertise in the regions for compliance of tourist facilities and routes with the requirements of legislation.

During the event, Roscongress and the Auto Tourism Association also considered the prospects for cooperation and agreed on cooperation. The participants of the round table stressed that when creating inclusive tourist routes, it is necessary to unite representatives of socially responsible business, regional authorities, representatives of NGOs on inclusive tourism.

The Association could act as a consultant on the development of inclusive tourism in Russia. She already has a successful experience in creating an inclusive tourist route in the Tver region "Discovering Pushkin". The organization also announced the launch of a new project to develop an inclusive route in the Tver region "Sounds of ancient Torzhok".
