The press service of the Bashkiria National Park reported that for the first time it was possible to get a photo of an albino bear. The clubfoot is a brown bear, however, due to the lack of the pigment melamine in its coat and skin, its coat is light.

The picture was taken by a camera trap. The bear cub looks about two years old. It is known that albino animals should have pink noses. However, the captured animal has a black nose. Experts are sure that his parents are of the usual brown color.

In total, about 2000 bears live in Bashkortostan. It is believed that the Bashkiria National Park has the highest density of brown bears in the republic.
