The press service of the government of the Perm Territory reported that more than 30 speakers will participate in the forum. Among them will be economists, entrepreneurs, social activists, politicians, representatives of shipbuilding and other areas.
The Perm Territory is one of the key points of the Volga Journey route. In addition, it is connected by waterways with five European seas and is an important link in the unified deep-water system of the European part of Russia.
Forum participants will discuss the prospects for the development of cruise traffic in Russia, the implementation of the Volga Journey project, and issues of improving water infrastructure and inland waterways.
The event will also become a platform for discussions about the present and future of cruise tourism in Russia, measures of state support for the industry, development of shipbuilding and shipping.
The exhibition areas of the forum will showcase products and services for the needs of the cruise industry. In addition, an excursion program has been prepared for the participants of the event.
