With the participation of the Tourism.RF corporation, a number of complex infrastructure projects will appear in the Urals, as a result of which the total predicted tourist flow will grow by 500,000 people annually by 2030.
“On the basis of the existing ski center “Adzhigardak” it is planned to create a ski resort “Gates of the Urals”. The structure of the complex includes hotels and apart-hotels of three and four star categories, glamping and a spa center. The total number of rooms will be 450 rooms," Tourism.RF reported on its website. It is planned that the resort will operate all year round. Ski slopes with artificial snow systems, cable cars will be equipped there, sports and entertainment infrastructure will be created. The construction of supporting infrastructure will be financed from the federal budget within the framework of the state program "Tourism Development".
“The new tourist facility will become a place for year-round family recreation with indoor pools, a spa area, a fitness center and a four-star hotel with 153 rooms. On the territory there will be water attractions for all age categories and an aquathermal complex,” the corporation said.
A three-star hotel with 120 rooms, located in the business center of the region's capital, will be reconstructed in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. The project is aimed at the development of business tourism.
The implementation of tourism projects with the participation of the corporation has become one of the issues on the agenda of the meeting of the Council under the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Urals Federal District. Cooperation agreements with "Tourism.RF" were signed by most regions of the district.
