In the Moscow region, for several months now, work has been underway to create a unified strategy for the development of the cultural and tourist complex of the region. This was announced by the Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Moscow Region Vasily Kuznetsov at a meeting with the head of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga Lyubimova.
“Its main goals are the development of the tourist services market, the promotion of such a product and the development of the corresponding infrastructure,” Kuznetsov was quoted as saying in a message on the website of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
He also noted that after the transition to the implementation of the strategy, an annual increase in the flow of tourists to the Moscow Region by at least 10% is expected. The strategy includes the creation of a new model for managing the cultural and tourist complex, increasing the quality of tourist flow to the region and creating conditions for cultural recreation for local residents, as well as the participation of the Moscow Region in federal programs. Among the priority locations, Vasily Kuznetsov named Zaraysk, Dmitrov and Serpukhov, the report says.
The Ministry of Regional Security of the Murmansk Region has developed a draft regulatory act that eases the possibilities of using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for photography and videography
