A new pedestrian road was built on the way to the unique sight of the Taganai National Park in the Chelyabinsk Region. It is said to be more convenient and picturesque.
“The ecological path to the Bolshaya Kamennaya River is a multi-kilometer scattering of huge aventurine boulders, the shimmering surface of which reflects light and produces the effect of a water surface in sunny weather. The new convenient route includes more observation platforms, a photo zone made of eco-materials and information boards,” the Federal Tourism Agency said in a statement.
Previously, tourists visited the Bolshaya Kamennaya River along the Lower Trail - quite well-known and well-groomed, it is not very picturesque: the viewpoint is located at the very end of the path. The new trail goes through the observation deck "Mother-in-law's language", where a beautiful view of the mountain ranges opens up. On the new trail, there are decks across the wetlands, a suspension bridge over the Bolshaya Tiesma River, an equipped entrance and signs along the way ..
“The route “To the Big Stone River ” in the national park is one of the most popular. It is relatively simple, the passage does not require special physical training and does not involve climbing. But from the “bank” of the Bolshaya Kamennaya river, an excellent panorama of the Two-headed volcano opens up, and the river itself leaves no one indifferent,” reports Russia.travel (Rostourism project).
Bolshaya Kamennaya Reka is the largest stone placer in the world, mainly of various colors of aventurine, located between the ridges of Bolshoy and Sredniy Taganai. The pile of boulders weighing 9-10 tons stretched 6 kilometers in length, reaching 200 meters in width, and sometimes up to half a kilometer.
