The press service of the mayor of Moscow reported that the guide includes five options for traveling from Moscow by train, designed for one or two days. Each route is accompanied by recommendations of literary works that can be read on the road. In addition, brief descriptions of attractions and information on how and from which station to get to them, as well as how long it will take to travel, have been compiled for trips.
The selection includes Vladimir Mayakovsky's dacha in the town of Pushkino, near Moscow, where he wrote "Attitude towards the young lady" and several other famous poems. Now in the city there is a dacha-museum named after the poet. Excursions and creative evenings are held on its territory, and authentic exhibits help create the atmosphere of the 20-30s of the XX century.
The guide also suggests visiting Tarusa in the Kaluga region. Marina Tsvetaeva, Bella Akhmadulina, Konstantin Paustovsky, Bulat Okudzhava, Joseph Brodsky and other creative personalities have visited this city. Here you can visit the Tarusa Museum of the Tsvetaev family, as well as be inspired by the picturesque landscapes.
The village of Peredelkino was also included in the guide. At different times, Isaac Babel, Korney Chukovsky, Andrei Voznesensky, Fazil Iskander and others worked here. The house in which Boris Pasternak lived has been preserved in the village. Here is a memorial exposition and a branch of the State Literary Museum.
The Russpass guide also includes the Museum Center named after A.I. Solzhenitsyn in Ryazan and places in Sergiev Posad, where Mikhail Prishvin liked to visit.
