The gastrofestival in the estate will be held on September 30.
The press service of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Moscow Region reported that on September 30, the gastronomic festival “Aksakovskaya Ukha” will be held at the Muranovo estate. The holiday is dedicated to the birthday of the famous writer, avid fishing enthusiast Sergei Aksakov.
Guests of the festival will be able to taste national fish soups from different countries: royal fish soup, Finnish fish soup lohikeitto, bouillabaisse “A la Volga”. The famous Aksakov fish soup with secret ingredients will also be presented at the festival.
Visitors will enjoy a rich musical and poetic program: various folk ensembles will perform on the main stage of the manor house. A literary meadow will be open all day in the manor park with interactive master classes, creative meetings and a craft fair.
