A modern family eco-park "Nikolina Gora" with a developed infrastructure will be created in Tutaev. The agreement was signed by the Governor of the Yaroslavl Region Mikhail Evraev and the Deputy Director of MIK-Leasing LLC Olga Trofimova at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum This was announced on its website by the Department of Tourism of the region.
The project is aimed at the renovation and development of the territory of an abandoned ski slope located in a specially protected natural area - in the green zone of the Rykushi River.
“In the future ecopark, it is planned to create a path network for walks with running and cycling paths, labyrinths, fabulous and educational eco-trails, recreation areas with benches, swings, gazebos, various thematic playgrounds, including children's ones. A natural amphitheater for performances, a park of miniatures, art objects and landscape figures, a botanical garden are also provided.
Guests can stay for a few days in eco-houses or rooms in the main building. It is planned to hold holidays, competitions, festivals, shows, exhibitions, fairs, concerts in the park.
“In winter, the ski slope will resume operation in the Ecopark, conditions will be created for snowboarding and riding on cheesecakes. A forest skating rink, a ski track, a Finnish sleigh ride, a game of hockey, and other seasonal entertainment are organized for guests. In summer, tourists will be welcomed with an equipped beach, playgrounds for mini-football, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, mini-golf, summer slides, rope park, skateboard, laser tag,” the department noted.
Pavilions with fast food and eco-products, a cafe and a panoramic restaurant, event halls, a children's club and sports schools will open on the territory.
The launch of all facilities is planned until December 2027.
