The press service of "Kavkaz.RF" announced the completion of the preparation of the master plan for the "Sunny Belt of Alania". Work on it has been carried out since 2022.
"The document was created in two stages - the development of the concept of the cluster and the implementation of the master plan itself, the first presentation of which took place in April 2023. Today, the document is completely ready, all wishes and adjustments have been taken into account - the master plan includes a vision for the development of tourist areas in the future for 10-15 years," the statement said.
The implementation of this master plan will allow developing the tourism infrastructure in the region, increasing the availability of tourism products, and creating favorable conditions for the development of entrepreneurial and investment activities in the tourism sector.
In total, it is planned to implement 95 projects worth more than 2 billion rubles. Among them are a sanatorium and resort complex in Vladikavkaz, a roadside service with an interactive museum in Dargavs, a leisure center with an art space and a hotel in Fasnal, a hiking route along the territory of Upper Fiagdon, camping near the Midagrabin waterfalls, alpine camps on the way to the top of Mount Kazbek, extreme-park in the Koban gorge.
