Tourism and Promition Agency of Tyumen has launched an exceptional gastronomic project, which, according to the organizers, is aimed at leveraging a unique gastronomic image of the region and boost tourist interest of foreign and domestic tourists.

At the first trace of the competition the chefs will present the most interesting dishes using local products. The taste quality of the dish as well as its presentation and fresh ideas will be taken into account when choosing the winner. The chefs were also advised to offer their own vision of the region’s development.

Based on the results of two qualifying stages, ten finalists will have the opportunity to join an internship in leading Moscow restaurants, including those included in the Michelin guide.

The project is being implemented within the framework of cooperation between Tyumen and the Moscow Tourism Committee. The competition jury includes experts in the gastronomic market and representatives of the tourism industry of both regions.
