The tourist route dedicated to Peter the Great starts in the city on the Neva

The first check-in on the national tourist route "Petersburg. Peter. From the first stone to the skyscraper" will be held on March 29. This was announced by the official tourist portal of the city on the Neva, Visit Petersburg.

"The route is universal and all-season, covers the famous sights of St. Petersburg‑St. Petersburg and the objects of the new tourist geography. The program is dedicated to the founder of the city, Peter the Great," the message says. With the help of VR glasses during the trip, you can not only hear the history of the city, but also see what the surroundings looked like before the founding of the city on the Neva River.

Among the objects on display in the spring and summer period are Peter and Paul Fortress, Oranienbaum, Peterhof, Menshikov Palace, Spice Museum, Kronstadt, Oreshek Fortress in Shlisselburg.
