According to the results of the competition for the development of master plans for supporting settlements in the Arctic zone of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, documents for long-term socio-economic and urban planning for the agglomeration of Norilsk – Dudinka will be prepared by the Urbanika Institute of Territorial Planning from St. Petersburg.
By March 15, the contractors will carry out analytical work, as well as on-site work. The scenario for the development of territories will be prepared taking into account competitive advantages, elimination of deficits in transport, engineering, social infrastructure, labor resources, development of tourism potential and others. Then the projects will be submitted for public discussion and the final master plans will be formed.
