The owner of an Italian restaurant in St. Petersburg, a participant of the TV show "On knives", chef Vincenzo Drago will come to Yar-Sale for the championship of masters of national cuisine "Yamal Stroganina". This was reported in social networks by the organizers of the contest.

"The Sicilian guest will not only evaluate the stroganina of our contestants, but will also present his own author's dish - venison ravioli to the jury of the Chef's Recipe contest," the message says.

The food festival starts in Yar-Sale on December 22. Those wishing to take part in it still have the opportunity to apply: registration runs until November 25. The organizers of the Chefs' Championship will cover the costs of food, accommodation and travel of the contestants.

The winner of the competition will receive a cash prize in the amount of 100.000 rubles, sever-press.rureports.
