During a government meeting, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced the allocation of an additional 10 billion rubles to support regional projects to create modular non-bearing accommodation facilities. Within two years, 58 Russian regions will receive the subsidy.
At the beginning of summer, 8 billion rubles had already been allocated for these purposes.
“This was received very positively by investors and regional authorities, since the demand for such structures is very high in the country,” Mishustin noted.
According to the prime minister, such state support will make it possible to create over 8 thousand hotel rooms. He noted that by the new holiday season next year, citizens will have a wider choice of recreation options.
