The Norilsk Voyage company under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation will build a recreation center next to the berth on the Norilsk River and the Valek landing site.

"The campsite will be the starting point for travelers to the Putorana plateau. Its feature is two boathouses. The first floors of the boathouses will be used for small vessels, and the second floors will be equipped with hotel rooms for transit tourists, whom we will transport on small vessels along the inland waterways of the Yenisei-Pyasinsky watershed, including Putorana," said Vitaly Saiko, General Director of Norilsk Voyage.

The base will work all year round. In winter, it will be possible to ski, skate, and tube here.

The construction of the campsite will begin in 2024, and it is planned to complete the work in 2026. The total investment of the company will be about 40 million rubles, according to www.ttelegraf.ru.
