The press service of the Ministry of Economic Development reported that the development of the concept and master plan for the development of the cluster has already begun. In particular, the key parameters for the development of the coastal zone within the boundaries of the special economic zone of Dagestan - the all-season tourist and recreational complex "Caspian Coastal Cluster" were determined.
By 2026, it is planned to equip the coastline with a length of 6 km and create a modern tourist infrastructure.
The department noted that the region, together with the Caucasus.RF, will also conduct an inventory of land plots in order to identify urban planning, transport, engineering, environmental restrictions within the boundaries of the study area and identify potential sites for the construction of new tourism infrastructure facilities.
