485 thousand plants will be planted in city flower beds. The resort has begun changing its floral decorations from spring/summer to winter. City flower beds are complemented by less heat-loving species. It is planned to renovate more than 320 sites in all areas of the city.

- Landscapers will plant 355 thousand seasonal flowers, more than 130 thousand bulbous plants. In winter decoration, different types and varieties of brassica, viola, as well as cyclamen, primrose, daisy and forget-me-not are used. The design is always selected taking into account the location. Experts select plants in such a way that the flower garden will delight the residents and guests of Sochi until spring, the resort administration reports.

In April, the tulips now planted will bloom in the flower beds. This year, 30 varieties of this plant have been chosen to decorate urban spaces. It is planned to complete the change from Sochi's floral decoration to winter attire by the end of November.
