Guests of the festival "Garne Saltse» (ed. - Salo - a traditional, predominantly Slavic food consisting of cured slabs of fatback) tried a favorite Kuban delicacy, cooked in a variety of ways of salting and smoking. In addition, visitors were able to taste hearty and rich traditional "Kuban kvass". So called red pork soup.

The program of the festival also included master classes in salting bacon, craft workshops, a competition for the best costume of a piglet and a concert from Cossack vocal and dance groups.
