Such survey results were provided by the service for finding a high-paying job SuperJob. It was completed by 1600 respondents among the representatives of the economically active population from all districts of Russia.
«29% of Russians are sure that in the summer of 2021 it is best to spend their vacation at home. 14% of respondents are for vacation within the country. Every eighth (12%) thinks that this summer you can have a great vacation at sea, and 7% are convinced that it would be best to go to any country open to Russians (meaning far abroad, with the exception of Turkey - Greece, UAE, Maldives, Cuba, Albania, etc.). 6% of the respondents are sure that in the context of the pandemic, it is better to spend vacation only in Russia. According to 5% pf the respondents, an excellent option would be outdoor recreation - on a lake or near a river. 3% of Russians consider the best vacation ideas for this summer among all the potential options for vacation in Turkey, in the Krasnodar Territory and in the Crimea (of course, in places not prone to flooding),» SuperJob reports.
Moreover, women more often than men would like to spend a vacation in the Krasnodar Territory (2 and 3%, respectively). The same percentage (3%) are convinced that it is better not to take vacation at all in 2021. 1% of the respondents think that it is better to spend it in the mountains, in the Altai Territory, on a trip to another city and generally as far away from people as possible. Other options (Abkhazia, Armenia, Dagestan, Lake Baikal, etc.) were named by 6% of the respondents.
Among Russians who really plan a vacation in the next 3 months - from July to September 2021 - the respondents' answers in percentage terms were distributed somewhat differently. 31% intend to stay at home, 12% intend to go to the sea. 8% decided to go to another city and to a dacha. 7% of the respondents are going to stay at the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory, in the Crimea - 5%, in Turkey - 4%. 4% will spend their vacation in nature. 2% will go to St. Petersburg and Europe (to Greece, which is open for Russians, or other countries, if they are open). Other directions were named by 14%. Such options for recreation as staying at home, going to the country or the sea were much more often indicated by women, and going abroad - by men.
