Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin ordered to develop a concept to boost ecological tourism in the national park "Pleshcheyevo Lake". As EcoTourism Expert came to know, he gave the corresponding order last Friday.

At a meeting on the development of small cities, he commissioned to develop a concept for the development of ecological tourism in the national park "Pleshcheyevo Lake". The government of the Yaroslavl region was instructed to give suggestions on the development of ecotourism for small and medium-sized businesses.

According to the prime minister, the tourist-type special economic zone provides a whole set of tools for realizing this task. Mishustin also suggested thinking over those legislative changes that would give impetus to the development of integrated tourism.

Within the framework of the national project "Ecology" it is planned to form an infrastructure of ecological tourism in 32 national parks. "I know that the excessive requirements for business are serious enough there, everyone is worried about breaking something, but actually they can’t build something, even some simple things that are obvious enough for the people who live there and do not harm environment,» said the prime minister.

Deputy Prime Minister Victoria Abramchenko said that a bill that removes the restrictions has already been drafted together with senators. We are talking about the possibility of building on the territory of settlements located inside special protected natural territories and national parks. "The Russian government is preparing a positive conclusion on such a bill," said Abramchenko. According to her, the bill will be adopted before the end of the year.
