Rubbles company was engaged in the development of an appropriate IT solution. Based on the expertise of its artificial intelligence specialists, Rosa Khutor resort was the first to create such a service. Its commissioning will take place in January, and the results of the project will be announced at the end of the ski season. Representatives of both companies expect that with the help of forecasting it will be possible to make a vacation at the resort even more comfortable.
As noted by Rushan Sabirov, Deputy General Director for Marketing and Sales of the Rosa Khutor mountain resort: "Not only for us, but also for the tourism sector as a whole, this is a unique experience of using IT technologies in customer service. We hope that the created predictive analytics system will help us significantly reduce the "traffic jams" on the lifts during peak dates this season. This service will allow our guests to see where traffic jams are predicted, and where they can ride with the greatest comfort."
As an additional opportunity, it is planned to open an electronic record for a specific time of descent on the Olympia cable car. Thanks to this option, guests will be able to book a certain moment for the trip for free and go down to Rosa Valley without waiting. A special boarding corridor will be organized according to such an "electronic record".
