Reliability of sewerage systems increased in Sochi

The pumping stations of the resort began to be equipped with intelligent control systems. Modernization improves the reliability of water disposal in all districts of Sochi and saves energy resources.

The digitalization of the resort's wastewater system began with a sewage pumping station in Adler. Units with a total capacity of up to 700 cubic meters per hour are equipped with additional electronic equipment, which allows for a more reliable drainage of sewage.

- As part of the Year of Ecology in Sochi, a program was launched to digitalize all strategically important facilities of the water utility. Goal: to improve the quality of wastewater disposal and treatment, - said Artur Rogonyan, director of the Sochi city administration department.
