Participants of the cycling festival will travel around Moscow on May 21

On May 21, the capital will host a cycling festival organized by the Moscow Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development.

“The Moscow Bicycle Festival is the largest celebration in support of the development of cycling culture, in which about 100,000 people participate annually. This is not only a great opportunity to participate in a city holiday, it is interesting to spend a day off with health benefits, but also to feel part of the cycling movement, which in Moscow is becoming more year by year,” Mospriroda said on its website.

Gathering of participants of the spring bike festival at 12:00 on Akademika Sakharov Avenue from the Square of Three Stations. At 13:00 - the start of the cycling column along the Garden Ring, the length of the route is 16 km.

This year, four festival towns are waiting for the participants, which symbolize transport projects - the Big Circle Line, the Moscow Central Diameters and the Moscow High-Speed Diameter. Competitions and performances of musicians are planned at each site.
