The Art-Pristan graffiti art festival will be held in Moscow on May 20 in the Kuzminki park and will be dedicated to the birthday of this recreation area.
Masters from any region of Russia will be able to take part in the event, who will have to paint 20 boats according to their own artistic projects. This was reported by the portal of the mayor and the government of Moscow.
“For one day, artists will paint old boats on the central square and the central alley of the Kuzminki park, on the slope and bank of the Shibaevsky pond, as well as on the alley leading to the reservoir. All the necessary materials, including cans of paint, the festival participants will receive on the spot. Visitors will be able to watch the process,” the message says.
The painted boats will become art objects of the Kuzminki park.
The park of culture and recreation "Kuzminki" was created in 1977. In 2017-2018, a comprehensive improvement took place there. In particular, the boat station was renovated - now in the summer in Kuzminki, boat and catamaran rental is open.
