Krasnoyarsk Pillars National Park partially closed due to bears

The press service of the national park in the social network "Vkontakte" announced the temporary suspension of the issuance of permits for tourists to visit the special protection zone from May 3. The ban is in place for an indefinite period.

The report notes that cases of fixing bear traces have become more frequent in the zone of special protection. The ban on visiting this area will protect visitors to the "Krasnoyarsk Pillars" from meeting with a predator.

After the May holidays, a “month of silence” will be introduced in the national park with a restriction on visiting the recreational zone. During this period, containers will be removed from traditional sites for the accumulation of household waste so as not to attract predators to the tourist area.
