At the Eastern Economic Forum, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (KRDV) and the Anterra company entered into agreements on the construction of two modern hotel complexes under the Green Flow brand in the Sakhalin region and Yakutia.

“Sakhalin’s new point of attraction for travelers will be located on the territory of the sports and tourist complex “Mountain Air”. In addition to the healing hotel with 120 rooms, a health and thermal complex with an area of 3.6 thousand square meters will also be built in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. meters,” says the KRDV message on its website.

The project is planned to be launched in 2027.

Another hotel under the Green Flow brand will open in Yakutia in 2027 - it will include 120 rooms and a health and thermal complex.

“The project will be located within the boundaries of the Lena Pillars National Park on the territory of the Batamai hub and will occupy 8.4 thousand square meters. meters,” said the KRDV.

The healing concept, which underlies the Green Flow brand, allows you to combine proper rest and wellness using various programs and procedures aimed at improving physical and emotional health, the corporation noted.

“The natural riches of the Far East, its pristine beauty attract tourists from all over Russia. Our task is to help businesses at a faster pace in a rather difficult territory to create a new number of rooms and infrastructure in the field of hospitality, so that the macro-region becomes closer and more accessible to travelers,” said Kirill Kamenev, deputy general director for attracting investments of the KRDV.
