Folklore festival "In the style of ethno" will be held in St. Petersburg

The program of the festival, dedicated to the cultures of different peoples and countries, includes lectures, master classes in painting, Russian dance and Dagestan lezginka, free workshops. Ethnomusicologists, folklorists and folk bloggers will be the moderators. Guests will also enjoy a concert of folklore and ethnographic groups, an ethnoquiz, an exhibition of national costumes and traditional jewelry.

“The final event of our festival will be a party. We will plunge into the atmosphere of the traditions of our ancestors. The evening will be hosted by the legend of the folklore movement in Russia, Ilya Akhrameev. Ilya is a folklore figure and researcher, choreographer of folk mass dance.

The ensemble "Vecher-Sokol" will be responsible for the music and atmosphere of the evening, - the organizers report on the festival page in VK.
