First tourists arrive in Georgia

Georgia received the first tourists after a long break in flights due to the coronavirus pandemic, TASS reports, citing the head of the country's Ministry of Economy, Natia Turnava.

In early August Georgia opened its borders to citizens of Germany, France, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

Residents of France and Germany do not have to go through quarantine upon arrival.
