Cricket products were presented at the International Forum of Innovative Technologies in the Food Industry and Agriculture Innofood 2023. The assortment included crickets in spices, as well as chocolate, cookies and noodles with crickets. In addition, a food supplement was presented, which consists of cricket flour and wheatgrass powder, it is made from young shoots of sprouted wheat. It contains high amounts of protein and is also rich in vitamins and minerals.

- Such supplements can be used to diversify your diet. He also clarified that, despite domestic production, the crickets themselves are from China, said representatives of the manufacturer Rosenerdzhi.

House cricket contains 65-70% easily digestible protein, which is almost three times more than beef and two times more than chicken meat. In addition, cricket flour contains a large amount of iron, calcium, vitamins B2, B12 and other unique components for the human body.
