The Lorinsky hot springs in Chukotka were cleared of garbage by volunteers of the All-Russian campaign to clean up the shores of water bodies "Waters of Russia".
Residents of the village of Lavrentia in Chukotka took part in cleaning the territory of hot keys, collecting 10 cubic meters of garbage, goarctic.ru reports.
"Water of Russia" is part of the national project "Ecology". It has been held since 2014, expanding its geography every year.
For 10 years, the campaign has become the largest environmental initiative in Russia, bringing together over 8.1 million people from 85 regions who cleaned 10,300 reservoirs and collected 9.1 million bags of garbage.
The organizer of the action is the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Center for the Development of the Water Management Complex" (Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia).
You can see the plant in the Dendrarium Park. Due to the fact that its flowers change color during the day, hibiscus is called the lotus tree or "crazy rose."
