On July 1 and 2, the only cheese festival in the Stavropol region "Cheese KMV" will be held on Kurortny Boulevard of Kislovodsk.
Producers from the South of Russia will present more than 20 varieties of hard, soft and Caucasian cheeses. According to the organizers, the festival will feature artisan cheeses using European technologies and an authentic recipe, including burrata, stracciatella, cochotta, ricotta, asiago, parmesan and gorgonzola.
“Already on July 1, the guests of the cheese festival will be able to taste and buy the unique products of our manufacturers. On the second day of the event, the gastronomic show program will begin at 18:00 with the start of the Cheese Races - the best cheese maker will receive a delicious prize,” said Kislovodsk Mayor Evgeny Moiseev, which is quoted by the site of the administration of the resort city.
