Charitable "Green Marathon" will be held in 60 cities of Russia on May 20

On May 20, Sberbank will hold the tenth anniversary run "Green Marathon" in 60 cities of Russia. The total number of participants will be at least 100 thousand people.

“Running distances, festive concerts, entertainment activities for the whole family and environmental events are waiting for you. All registration fees of the participants will be directed to planting trees in 10 regions where the Green Marathon is held,” the message on the marathon website says.

The program includes races at a distance of 4.2 km, 10 km (including for people with disabilities using a wheelchair), 21.1 km and 42.2 km, a children's start at 500 m, as well as a team competition.

In addition, lovers of Nordic walking will compete at a distance of 4.2 km.
