The ski season 2022-2023 has officially ended at the Arkhyz resort in Karachay-Cherkessia. From April 17, the resort switched to the summer schedule. The Kavkaz.RF company reported this on its website.

From spring to autumn, walking tours and hikes, horseback riding and jeep tours, rental of bicycles, scooters and gyro scooters are also available, a rope park and trails are open. for mountain bike. Tourists interested in history will be able to go on an organized tour of the cultural sights of the republic,” the report says.

In the winter season, from December 10 to April 16, 653 thousand people rested at the resort. The peak was in February - "Arkhyz" met more than 260 thousand people.

“Despite the snowless winter, 27 km of slopes of all difficulty levels and eight cable cars were opened for guests during the season.

Thanks to the well-coordinated work of the resort team and, of course, the artificial snowmaking system, we managed not to depend entirely on the weather and receive even more guests than last year,” said Khasan Timizhev, executive director of Kavkaz.RF.

In November last year, the resort "Arkhyz" became the winner of the national award "Mountains of Russia". He won in the nomination of the best ski resort in the North Caucasus Federal District.
