The organizers of the event are the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, the Committee for Tourism of the Murmansk Region. The festival is operated by the Roscongress Foundation and ANO Murmancongress.

The press service of the Roscongress reported that the business program of the festival includes four sessions dedicated to various areas of tourism, as well as Arctic cuisine.

For those wishing to get acquainted with the dishes of the northern territories, there will be a food court. About 27 representatives of the restaurant industry of the Murmansk region worked on the menu.

As part of the festival, guests will be able to visit the MURMANSK.TRAVEL Market tourist exhibition, during which more than 15 industry representatives will tell them about destinations for weekend trips.

Festival events will take place in a variety of locations, including the sandy shore of the "old" Teriberka, a natural park, a distant beach and the "Ship Cemetery.

13 musical performers and bands will perform on the main stage of the festival. The headliners of the music program will be The Hatters, Cheese People, Velvet, the Drummatix project and singer Linda. In addition, the FORMAT electronic music festival will take place on July 16.

Guests of the festival will also be able to take part in master classes, play intellectual games, ride horses and visit the Arctic Tan beach recreation area. Poetry readings, theatrical performances and solo performances will be held at the observation point "Cemetery of Ships". In addition, the program includes a film festival with screenings of films about the northern territories of Russia.

The organizers offer visitors not only to have fun, but also to choose a conscious lifestyle and eco-thinking as new trends. There will be a ban on the entry of cars on the site, and at food outlets guests will be offered to use thermo mugs and reusable cups instead of plastic cups.

Guests can get to Teriberka by public transport: on July 16 and 17, paid buses will depart from Murmansk, and participants will be able to travel between the locations of the festival itself on free shuttles.
